यूपी मुख्मंत्री स्वरोजगार योजना 2021 लागू (UP Mukhyamantri Swarojgar Yojana 2021 Apply)
प्रदेश के शिक्षित युवा बेरोजगारो को स्वरोजगार के अवसर प्रदान करने के उद्देश्य से मुख्यमंत्री युवा स्वरोजगार योजना संचालित है। योजनान्तर्गत उद्योग स्थापना हेतु Rs. 25.00 लाख तक एवं सेवा क्षेत्र हेतु Rs. 10.00 लाख तक का ऋण बैंको के माध्यम से उपलब्ध कराया जाता है। राज्य सरकार द्वारा 25 प्रतिशत मार्जिन मनी उपलब्ध करायें जाने का भी प्रावधान है जो कि उद्योग क्षेत्र हेतु अधिकतम रु० 6.25 लाख तथा सेवा क्षेत्र हेतु अधिकतम रु० 2.50 लाख है।
इस हेतु अभ्यर्थी को उ0प्र0 का मूल निवासी एवं हाई स्कूल उत्तीर्ण होना अनिवार्य है। अभ्यर्थी की आयु 18 से 40 वर्ष के मध्य होनी चाहिए तथा वह किसी भी वित्तीय संस्थान से चूककर्ता(डिफाल्टर) नहीं होना चाहिए। योजनान्तर्गत स्क्रूटिनी उपरान्त चयनित अभ्यर्थियों के आवेदन पत्रों को बैंक प्रेषित कर ऋण स्वीकृत एवं वितरित कराया जाता है।

यूपी मुख्मंत्री स्वरोजगार योजना 2021 के लिए पंजीकरण / आवेदन पत्र भरने से पहले सभी आवेदकों को निम्नलिखित पात्रता मानदंड को पूरा करना चाहिए: –

एक जनपद एक उत्पाद(ओ.डी.ओ.पी) वित्त पोषण हेतु सहायता योजना (Support Scheme for One District One Product (ODOP) Financing)
The objective of the scheme is to benefit artisans / workers / entrepreneurs through financial incentives for the overall development of selected products under One District One Product (ODOP). Under the scheme, only the projects / units of the ODOP product identified for the respective district will get the facility of financing in the field of industry, service and business.
- For units of total project cost up to Rs 25.00 lakhs under the scheme, 25 percent of the project cost or a maximum of Rs 6.25 lakh, whichever is less, will be payable as margin money.
- For units with a total project cost of more than Rs 25 lakh and up to 50.00 lakh, the amount will be payable as Rs 6.25 lakh or 20% of the project cost, whichever is higher, as margin money.
- For units with a total project cost of more than Rs 50 lakh and up to Rs 150.00 lakh, the amount will be payable in the form of margin money of Rs 10 lakh or 10 percent of the project cost, whichever is higher.
- For units with a total project cost of more than Rs 150.00 lakh, 10 percent of the project cost or a maximum of Rs 20 lakh, whichever is less, will be payable as margin money.
The applicant must be at least 18 years of age. There is no obligation of educational qualification. The applicant or entity should not be a defaulter of any nationalized bank / financial institution / government institution etc. Under the scheme, the applications of the selected candidates are sent to the bank and the loan is sanctioned and distributed. एक जनपद एक उत्पाद प्रशिक्षण एवं टूलकिट योजना (One district one product training and toolkit scheme)
To provide general technical training related to the product identified for a particular district, Kraft’s basic and advanced training and entrepreneurship development training, through various institutions and entire value chain of ODOP products under one district one product program. In order to meet the current and future requirements of skilled workforce, a district has a product training and toolkit distribution scheme. In addition, the relevant advanced tool-kit will be distributed to the artisans / workers under the post-training scheme.
- Training
- Under the scheme, a total of 10 days of skill and entrepreneurship development training will be provided to the selected persons.
- The training program will be free and non-resident.
- The trainee receives Rs. 200 / – will be given as honorarium.
2) Eligibility of trainee –
- The age of the trainee should be minimum 18 years as on the date of application.
- The trainee must be a native of Uttar Pradesh.
- There will be no obligation of educational qualification.
- The applicant has not received the benefit of the toolkit related to the product under any other scheme of the Government of India or the State in the last 02 years.
- The applicant or any member of his family will be benefited only once under the scheme. Family means husband and wife.

Skill Development Training Scheme for Handicrafts, U.P.
This training is conducted by the craftspersons receiving the National Handicraft Award / State Handicraft Award and Skill Award by the Government of India and the Commissioner of Development Handicrafts with the title of a craftsman under the personal guidance and patronage of their craftsmen. In the handicrafts sector, the main objective of this scheme is to gradually do the work done in the traditional mode with better technology and to train them at the rate of skill development. Link –
Scheme for training of SC / ST persons, U.P.
Under the scheme, Scheduled Caste / Tribe youth / youth are selected and practical training is imparted according to the demand of entrepreneurs at the local level to develop skilled development in them. Candidates are given one month theoretical training and 03 months practical training at various regional units / service centers. After the completion of the training program, candidates are given a toolkit of the respective trades. Link –
Scheme for training of Other Backward Classes, U.P.
Training will be done for the purpose of promoting entrepreneurship through skill development promotion among other backward classes. This training will be of four months duration in the district, in which a total of 37 trainees will be taken. Candidates are given one month of theoretical training and 03 months of practical training at various regional units / service centers. One district one product – marketing promotion scheme, U.P.
The state government, in association with the state’s Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, its public sector undertaking National Small Industries Corporation (NSIC), has provided marketing support to micro and small enterprises under the marketing assistance scheme. Products declared under ODOP The ‘One District One Product Marketing Promotion’ scheme was launched with a view to provide better marketing and fair prices to handicrafts, weavers and artisans for sale. Under this, 75 percent of the stall charge (maximum Rs. 50 thousand), 75 percent of the freight cost (maximum 75 hundred rupees) for the participation in the fair and exhibitions in the state and the train for the movement of one person. Vishwakarma Shram Samman Yojana, U.P.
The objective of the scheme is to enhance the standard of living of the urban and rural areas of the state by strengthening the means of livelihood of traditional artisans such as carpenters, tailors, basket weavers, barbers, goldsmiths, blacksmiths, potters, halwai, cobblers, masons and handicrafts. | Under the scheme, the eligible traditional artisans and craftsmen will be provided 06 days free training for skill enhancement. After successful training, advanced type of tool kit will be distributed based on the latest technology related to trade. Applicant should be native of Uttar Pradesh. The minimum age of the applicant should be 18. The applicant should be associated with traditional crafts like carpenter, tailor, basket weaver, hairdresser, goldsmith, blacksmith, potter, confectioner, cobbler or handicraft business. Caste will not be the only basis for eligibility under the scheme. To get benefits under the scheme, such persons will also be eligible who are different from the traditional artisan caste. Such applicants will be required to submit a certificate issued by the Gram Pradhan, Chairman Nagar Panchayat or a member of the concerned ward of the Municipality / Municipal Corporation, as proof of being connected with traditional workmanship.
